Why do all the idiots who cant count. End up in line first at Wal-mart?

It just never fails. the moment you decide to go and pay for your crap. , You get in line, And the person in front of you has approximately ten items over the limit. Then half dont have price tags, You the have to wait while they either send some 80 year associate or a deranged mental patient to try and find a price for you .Then when they do pay. The person has to count out exact change that takes several minutes. Then they stand there and check their receipt against what they bought.
Personally, I think they should have a bat / club rack next to the register. And when this happens, You could reach over get the club. Then just beat the living jesus out of em...... Just my own personal opinion. I could be wrong
